Field Service Technician II (Medical Devices)

Location: Auburn, Washington, United States; onsite field service in hospitals, service centers, depots, and customer accounts

Salary: $56,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare rental and customer-owned medical products for patient use.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and malfunctioning components.
• Perform operational checks, adjustments, minor repairs, and service-contract activities.
• Provide delivery, removal, and service support for products at service centers and customer accounts, including on-call coverage up to 24/7.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Safely operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks and interact directly with customers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work on-call, including weekends and holidays, and to work in environments where biohazards may be present.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school training.
• DOT physical card; assistance is provided.
• Experience with FDA-regulated products.
• Customer service experience.
