Business Analyst Intern

Location: Richmond, Virginia; onsite at the hirify.global Midtown Office or Home Office 4 days per week

Hourly rate: $23.00–$35.00

What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global data to solve business challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand the impact of analytical findings.
• Present analytical results and communicate recommendations to influence positive change.
• Apply coding and analytical methods while developing technical and communication skills.
• Participate in a 10-week summer 2027 internship program with training, mentoring, leadership interactions, and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship will not be considered for this role.
• Currently enrolled as a rising senior in a bachelor's or master's degree program; an analytical or quantitative major is preferred.
• Relevant coursework, project work, research, or internship experience.
• Computer and database systems or software experience is preferred, including SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Suite.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
