Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives for the New Verticals Central Operations group.
• Scope, launch, and iterate product features that improve order quality, selection, and delivery performance.
• Improve in-store tooling, technology, selection coverage, and inventory accuracy.
• Own key metrics and create quarterly and annual plans aligned with product capabilities.
• Partner with Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Design teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food and beverage, or a high-growth startup.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization; SQL experience is a bonus.
• Ability to operate at a detailed operational level while developing long-term strategy.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations.
