Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; relocation between North American manufacturing sites is required during the two-year program

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

  • Complete two 12-month rotations across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions.
  • Own operations and supply chain assignments tied to measurable business results.
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-informed decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, planning, procurement, and site leadership.
  • Apply the hirify.global Operating System and continuous improvement principles to reduce cost, cycle time, and waste.
  • Present rotation outcomes and recommendations to steering committees, site leaders, and executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, completed within approximately 12 months of the program start date.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate between manufacturing sites during the two-year program.
  • Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, or FDA QSR-compliant environment.
