Senior Logistics Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite at the Milpitas office

What you will do

• Analyze logistics data and KPIs across transportation, warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Optimize supply chain workflows and collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to implement improvements.
• Evaluate logistics initiatives through cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
• Manage inventory, demand forecasting data, and supplier performance metrics to support optimal stock levels.
• Support logistics management systems and ERP implementations, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, 3PL management, or related operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases and extracting logistics data.
• Experience with logistics management systems and ERP platforms.
• Understanding of inventory management, transportation networks, and distribution operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, process-mapping, continuous-improvement, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting techniques.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process-improvement certification.
• Programming experience with Python or R.
