Area Director, Enterprise Solutions - West (AI)

Location: Remote - California; travel up to 50% within the designated area or region.

Salary: $185,000–$225,000 annually for roles performed from California; compensation may vary for Colorado, Illinois, and New York.

What you will do

• Recruit, lead, and coach a team of 2–4 Enterprise Solutions Directors.
• Develop regional sales strategies for high-volume health systems and large clinical groups.
• Drive adoption of Treatment Selection, MRD, and Hereditary Cancer Testing.
• Lead executive steering committees, monitor clinical volume, identify risks, and develop research and AI opportunities.
• Track physician engagement, testing performance, test-mix parity, and EHR integration health across regional sites.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to remove implementation barriers and expand account growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on precision medicine, clinical affairs, or oncology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives in precision medicine or related healthcare sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of genomic technologies, personalized medicine, and oncology, hematology, or immunology.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, market analysis, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Demonstrated success driving business growth and expanding market share in precision medicine or related healthcare solutions.
• An advanced degree in Life Sciences, such as an MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent, is preferred.
