Sr. Director, Flex & Installment Products (AI)

Location: US - Foster City, California; hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in the office

Salary: $240,000–$420,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead global Flex and Installments growth initiatives, product acceleration plans, and market expansion aligned with regional growth opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps, investment priorities, capacity plans, budgets, KPIs, scorecards, and OKRs across products, regions, and workstreams.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle through an AI-first and agentic toolchain, including opportunity identification, requirements, architecture, development, testing, and release management.
• Partner with Product, Solutions, GTM, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk, fintechs, technology providers, regulators, and clients to deliver product outcomes.
• Lead product launches, strategic alliances, executive reporting, regulatory responses, and governance across a complex global organization.
• Build and develop high-performing teams of subject-matter experts while establishing ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD; preferred qualifications include 15+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years with an advanced degree.
• Extensive experience in product strategy, product lifecycle management, commercialization, roadmap prioritization, capacity planning, and product acceleration plans.
• Strong understanding of network processing, payments, EMV, token standards, rules, payment technology, and regulated-market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product launches, enter new markets, make investment decisions, manage strategic partnerships, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, OKRs, telemetry, flow-based metrics, executive reporting, audit, compliance, and waiver tracking.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Foster City, California, with at least 3 days in the office.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, telecom, retail, or ecommerce.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s business and organization, network products, rules, technology, and payment business models.
• Experience managing local, remote, dotted-line, and extended teams across global regions.
