Revenue Intelligence Senior Analyst (EdTech)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; role listed in Denton, Texas

What you will do

• Build executive dashboards, summaries, reports, and visualizations that clarify current business trends.
• Support sales managers and representatives with performance reporting and operational insights.
• Build and maintain quantitative models in Excel and SQL for ongoing business processes.
• Maintain the sales representative commission model, implement compensation plans, run monthly cycles, and manage exceptions.
• Coordinate with IT on data pipelines and ETL processes, and structure datasets for ongoing use.
• Coordinate with Finance on forecasts, targets, allocations, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and maintaining quantitative models.
• At least 5 years of experience designing KPIs and communicating performance across organizational levels.
• SQL coding experience for data preparation and analysis.
• Experience integrating AI into analytic workflows, including code generation and data visualization.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI or similar visualization tools, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
