Principal Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid, with a principally in-person working model across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $125,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Optimize the management consulting technology stack by consolidating tools, improving integrations, streamlining workflows, applying emerging technologies, and retiring legacy solutions.
• Design scalable end-to-end solutions for engagement lifecycles, delivery enablement, workflows, reporting, and analytics.
• Serve as the design authority by reviewing and approving architecture designs against enterprise standards and approved patterns.
• Define reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that improve consistency, scalability, and technical-debt management.
• Support product lifecycles, including roadmaps, enhancements, platform upgrades, and decommissioning decisions.
• Partner with enterprise, platform, foundational, product, and project stakeholders to align practice and enterprise technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of architecture experience spanning multiple architecture domains, with depth in at least one relevant area.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure, security, identity and access management, data architecture and integration, application development architecture, process analysis, DevOps, or product management.
• Experience designing solutions in professional services, consulting, or highly regulated services environments.
• Experience working in a product-centric or platform-based delivery model.
• Strong analytical, design-thinking, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
