Account Director, Commerce

Location: Hybrid role based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead assigned commerce accounts as the primary client contact.
• Guide digital shelf content programs from opportunity and scope definition through production, delivery, and optimization.
• Translate client business needs into recommendations, actionable scopes, and retailer-ready content.
• Partner with strategy, search and discoverability, creative, copy, program management, operations, and photography teams.
• Build client relationships, manage complex engagements, and identify opportunities for organic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Direct experience with digital shelf and retailer content.
• Experience with PDP optimization and scaled content production.
• Strong client communication, relationship-building, and account leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and operate within highly matrixed organizations.
