Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: US Remote; flexible remote or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

hirify.global is building a national medical imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, higher-value diagnostic imaging.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end talent process from requisition opening through the employee's first day.
• Maintain and optimize Ashby as the applicant tracking system and system of record.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate interview panels, loops, and debriefs.
• Prepare offer documentation and start details for incoming employees.
• Coordinate IT equipment, access, pre-onboarding communications, and first-day onboarding operations.
• Improve recruiting efficiency through responsible automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple interview, offer, and onboarding tasks.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience with an ATS, calendar scheduling tools, and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with the team.
• Interest in developing a career in talent and recruitment.
• Daily use of AI for drafting, analysis, or research, with the ability to verify outputs and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Hiring process

• Approximately 30-minute introductory telephone interview with a Senior Talent Partner.
• 45-minute video interview with a hiring manager.
• Scan Standard panel interview covering values, role success factors, and relevant AI fluency, followed by an offer.
