Strategy Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid position based in Denver, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Las Vegas, NV, United States

What you will do

• Develop financial models with finance leadership, including revenue and collections forecasts.
• Lead quarterly internal financial reporting.
• Produce operational reporting that delivers visibility into trends and employee performance.
• Provide ad hoc analytics and query support to internal teams.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute incentive plans that support enterprise-wide performance and growth.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an analytics role or a master's degree.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, statistical modeling, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and loan data.
• Ability to manage ambiguous problems, multiple timelines, and communication of statistical findings to non-analytics stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SAS, Python, or R.
• Ability to proactively identify insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
