Federal Environmental Program Director - Federal CERCLA/RCRA Programs and Client Development (CERCLA/RCRA)

hirify.global and Sundance Consultants provide federal environmental consulting services across compliance, characterization, and remediation programs.

What you will do

• Develop and expand relationships with DOD and DOI clients, including USACE, the Departments of the Navy and Air Force, BLM, NPS, USFWS, and BIA.
• Lead capture strategies, teaming, technical approaches, proposals, interviews, and presentations for federal MATOC, SATOC, and task-order procurements.
• Build relationships with prime contractors, teaming partners, small businesses, and specialized subcontractors.
• Lead complex CERCLA and RCRA investigation, remediation, decision-document, and compliance programs, including PA/SI, RI/FS, RD/RA, RFI, CMS, and CMI activities.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
• Mentor engineers, geologists, scientists, and project managers while developing the next generation of federal environmental leaders.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of progressively responsible environmental consulting experience, including five or more years leading federal client business development and project delivery.
• Demonstrated success winning and delivering environmental investigation, remediation, or compliance work for federal agencies.
• Advanced knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA processes, environmental investigations, remedy evaluation and implementation, decision documents, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading federal captures, proposals, contracts, task orders, or programs involving multi-million-dollar annual workloads.
• Active PE, PG, CHMM, PMP, or comparable professional credential, plus a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to satisfy federal background screening and installation-access requirements; willingness to travel as needed.
