VP- Senior Client Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; remote start associated with the Chattanooga office. Travel: 20%.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for selected large-scale Federal and Mission Critical Division clients.
• Lead technical project and program management for high-profile mission critical, defense, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing projects.
• Direct MEP engineering staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project work.
• Lead technical proposal development, including case studies, qualifications, fee generation, and technical staffing alignment.
• Develop business opportunities, strategic plans, and action plans for the Chattanooga market and broader company network.
• Mentor engineering and design staff, support technical recruiting, and help build direct resources in the Chattanooga market.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in design, consulting, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Required: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Expertise in mixed engineering principles for building construction, particularly mission critical, defense, and advanced manufacturing projects.
• Strong client management, business development, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Revit workflows and applicable IBC, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, energy, and other building codes and standards.
