Finance Director, TDS (MedTech)

Location: Based in Titusville, New Jersey, or Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States, with approximately 5–10% international travel.

Salary: $150,000–$258,750 base pay per year

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership to the global Therapeutics Development & Supply organization and its senior leadership teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, headcount planning, and management reporting.
• Lead financial analysis for approximately $1B in operating expenses, $250M+ in capital investments, and clinical supply chain project spend.
• Develop scenarios, scorecards, benchmarks, and recommendations to improve cost, quality, productivity, and cycle time.
• Partner with R&D, Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain, and European principal companies on financial reporting and cost transparency.
• Lead and develop a global finance organization of 15 employees, including four direct reports across the United States, Belgium, and Ireland.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience is required.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports is required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, business partnering, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
• Experience in R&D or Supply Chain finance is advantageous; CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
