Senior Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 USD per year, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Design and evolve experiences for hirify.global Racing, Fantasy, Retail, and related Flywheel products.
• Lead product design projects from concept through delivery, managing priorities across large-scale and complex initiatives.
• Use product, marketing, engineering, research, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Partner with stakeholders on user-centered goals, facilitate design reviews, and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Analyze user feedback across multiple touchpoints and contribute to scalable, consistent design systems.
• Mentor and coach designers and support onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Professional experience across one or more Product Design functional areas, with multiple shipped products.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and research teams and participating in cross-functional design workshops.
• Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, component management, variants, and prototyping, with at least 3 years of professional Figma experience.
• Experience conducting usability research with minimal UX Research support and using quantitative and qualitative data to validate solutions.
• Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive design.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Atlanta, United States location.
