Salary: $136,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze client real estate portfolios and develop strategies supporting long-term operational and financial goals.
• Gather and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to produce insights, scenarios, and location-based recommendations.
• Support portfolio optimization, consolidation, expansion, and site selection initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, summaries, and strategic recommendations while managing quality control.
• Lead or facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborate with regional real estate leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Support annual planning, budget development, project coordination, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in portfolio strategy or planning.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication is required.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and basic business intelligence or visualization tools.
• Knowledge of consulting delivery models, strategic analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, financial modeling, finance, and accounting.
• Strong critical thinking, client relationship, communication, project planning, data integrity, and stakeholder management skills.
