Production Trainer (Assembly) - 1st Shift

Location: Brillion, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $24.00 per hour starting pay; $4,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Train new and existing employees using Training Within Industry Job Instruction.
• Review company, department, and standard-work procedures with new employees.
• Evaluate trainee performance, enter training data, and report results to the Manufacturing Leader.
• Monitor training metrics and coordinate training schedules with the Trainer II and Team Leaders.
• Maintain tooling, training materials, and Training Cell 6S activities.
• Perform assembly functions, support daily production goals, and troubleshoot safety, quality, and productivity issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple assembly stations and processes while following standard work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Participation in at least one Kaizen Event or completion of 12 Kaizen Implements or Problem Solvings per year.
