Salary: $180,600–$258,100 USD per annum.

What you will do

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of an organization-wide technical training strategy.
  • Build structured, role-based on-the-job training and deploy a train-the-trainer model across operational sites.
  • Lead training and knowledge-management professionals and support the development of regional technical training specialists.
  • Own technical training for operations and maintenance technicians, including qualification-related training.
  • Develop curricula, job aids, training materials, and immersive or simulation-based learning methods.
  • Manage the GPiLEARN+ learning management system, reporting, compliance readiness, licensing, and training completion tracking.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading technical trainers in a manufacturing environment focused on operations and maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Education/Development.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles, operational requirements, and training methods for technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, strategic planning, and large-group communication skills.
  • Ability to use Lean methodologies to identify root causes and develop effective corrective plans.
