Yahoo Ads Account Executive, Real Money Gaming (iGaming)

Location: United States of America. Flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions; regular office attendance depends on the role.

Salary: $163,125–$340,000 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans for the Betting & Predictions vertical and exceed revenue targets.
• Build partnerships with sportsbooks, iGaming and casino operators, daily fantasy and prediction platforms, odds and affiliate businesses, and specialized agencies.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, expand existing accounts, and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise clients on player acquisition, reactivation, cross-sell, brand building, and retention using hirify.global’s media portfolio, first-party data, and measurement solutions.
• Deliver presentations and business reviews while translating performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Measurement teams on integrated client solutions and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising sales within a premium publisher, media, or ad technology environment.
• Experience with sportsbooks, iGaming, casino operators, daily fantasy, prediction markets, or betting-focused agencies is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of premium media, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, measurement, and omnichannel marketing.
• Demonstrated success building senior-level relationships, negotiating, presenting, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to understand betting and gaming advertising regulations and work effectively in a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in adjacent performance-marketing categories with similar acquisition economics.
• Knowledge of state-by-state legalization, sports betting, prediction markets, or fantasy sports.
