What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop associates while building strong team relationships.
• Monitor store performance and deliver excellent customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to support high-quality patient care.
• Manage budgets, supplies, merchandising, marketing, promotions, and inventory.
• Conduct audits, maintain records, and ensure corporate, facility, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Optical industry knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, communicate, organize, and solve problems.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation with knowledge of store operations and business performance.
• Optical license required in applicable states.
