What you will do

• Lead club operations, profitability, sales performance, and execution of company strategic priorities.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team while building a strong leadership bench.
• Control operating costs, shrink, expenses, and productivity to achieve profit objectives.
• Oversee warehouse management, merchandising, member service, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor local competition, retail trends, performance targets, and communication with the Home Office.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment and deliver an excellent member experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, team training, and performance management.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Open shift availability and age 18 or older.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
