Location: Remote, with residency required in an approved U.S. hiring hub: DC/Maryland/Virginia; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC; Denver/Colorado Springs, CO; or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel up to 25% may be required.
Salary: $130,000–$155,000 base annually, plus commission-based variable compensation, potential equity awards, and discretionary bonuses.

Systems is a public-benefit software company developing secure deployment capabilities for government and regulated networks through its Game Warden platform.
What you will do
- Own the technical aspects of the pre-sales pipeline in partnership with account executives, from initial contact through RFP responses.
- Lead introduction calls, technical demonstrations, architecture workshops, and RFI/RFP engagements.
- Assess customer applications for compatibility with Game Warden and DevSecOps deployments on AWS or GCP.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Game Warden, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and the surrounding platform ecosystem.
- Connect customer feedback with product teams to inform roadmap priorities and feature alignment.
- Create technical marketing materials, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, and advise customers on cloud infrastructure, compliance, and cybersecurity architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales, solutions engineering, or customer success roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying or architecting on AWS, GCP, or Azure; certification or active pursuit is required.
- 3–5 years of technical experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, or technical product manager, including problem-solving in production environments.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, preferably with React, Angular, Spring, Python, or Go.
- Operational knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- U.S. citizenship and residency in an approved hiring hub are required; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

- Federal or commercial sales experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Previous military or federal experience.
