DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Washington D.C., with remote and on-site customer engagement. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph are required.

Salary: $163K–$204K annually, with equity, OTE, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support technical operations across development and production systems.
• Deliver infrastructure engineering projects for company initiatives.
• Operate bare-metal Linux deployments and cloud environments in GCP and AWS.
• Improve multi-region configuration and low-latency global availability.
• Secure platform infrastructure and harden on-premise builds.
• Define and measure SLIs and SLOs, execute roadmap work in sprints, and support self-managed customers on-site.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is a precondition of employment.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph must be maintained.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong Docker knowledge and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or another scripting language.
• Experience with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool, GCP services, monitoring and alerting, production availability, and CI/CD.
