What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and educate customers about products.
• Train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide customer service while supporting sales goals and store objectives.
• Maintain patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and maintain inventory, merchandising, and store organization.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional approach.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
