Location: Remote within the CET time zone; Finland

What you will do
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Adapt content for different platforms, aspect ratios, formats, and technical requirements.
- Create motion graphics and supporting assets such as overlays, text animations, thumbnails, static posts, and Stories.
- Develop creative concepts and incorporate feedback from the social media team and stakeholders.
- Review creative performance and improve content based on engagement, retention, and other metrics.
- Maintain organized project files and digital assets with clear version control.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing and creative experience, ideally in social media and digital content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing tools.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of pacing, hooks, composition, platform formats, and creative best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with animation, advanced visual effects, influencer campaigns, UGC, or branded collaborations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video, design, and content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and performance-driven creative.
