What you will do

• Plan, storyboard, produce, edit, and deliver product explainers, feature walkthroughs, customer proof, founder clips, event recaps, paid ads, and recruiting videos.
• Create channel-ready cuts for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Shorts, and Reddit in multiple aspect ratios, with strong opening hooks and accurate captions.
• Use GenAI workflows for text-to-video, generative fill, cleanup, rotoscoping, style control, upscaling, voice cleanup, auto-captions, and screen replacements.
• Produce human-avatar explainer videos when they support the story.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Education, and Design to maintain consistent messaging, visuals, and motion across web, sales, and events.
• Build templates and manage multiple production timelines while optimizing content for demo requests, enablement value, and stakeholder trust.

Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience focused on product storytelling, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating editing craft, story clarity, motion graphics, product UI handling, and GenAI video work.
• Production experience with current GenAI video tools and workflows, including model selection, output control, and blending AI with live footage.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar tools, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color and audio.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of audio fundamentals, subtitles, and accessibility workflows.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Basic 3D experience with Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with human-avatar video production.
