Creative Designer (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Work arrangements for roles based in Klaipėda or Riga depend on the specific position.

Gross salary: €3,000–€3,500 per month.

What you will do

• Own creative projects from concept through final execution while maintaining a high creative standard.
• Shape brand identities, visual systems, and creative directions.
• Turn creative briefs into designs, campaigns, and short-form video ads.
• Combine graphic design, AI-generated assets, and video editing into polished creatives.
• Use Higgsfield and other AI tools to generate videos, visuals, voiceovers, concepts, and creative assets.
• Experiment with prompts, hooks, visual styles, typography, motion graphics, music, sound design, subtitles, and effects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative or graphic design and video editing supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs.
• Ability to turn creative briefs into strong concepts and polished visual executions.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and contemporary digital design.
• Understanding of short-form creative performance, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and CTAs.
