TL;DR
Multimedia Editor & Designer (Sports Media): Editing long-form YouTube videos, short-form social clips, motion graphics, and supporting designs for sports content across multiple platforms with an accent on storytelling, audience retention, and consistent visual branding. Focus on creating platform-specific edits, animating sports graphics and explainers, and delivering multiple high-quality productions under tight deadlines.
Location: Hybrid in Nis, Serbia; office attendance is required at least three days a week, with occasional work from home.

What you will do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, feature content, and short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Build engaging narratives through pacing, music, sound design, graphics, and storytelling.
- Design and animate lower thirds, transitions, overlays, intros, outros, explainers, statistics, and sports graphics.
- Create video-supporting graphics, branded templates, promotional assets, and click-through-rate-focused YouTube thumbnails.
- Optimize content for audience retention, watch time, engagement, discoverability, and platform trends in collaboration with producers.
- Organize media and archives, manage multiple deadlines, and improve editing workflows and templates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D.
- Excellent understanding of digital storytelling and editing for YouTube and social media.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience in news or sports media, podcast and interview-based programming, or viral social media content.
- Knowledge of YouTube Analytics and audience retention metrics.
- Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, Adobe Audition, Frame.io, Mimir, Blender, or other 3D software.
