Graphic/Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Multiple locations, including Vilnius, Klaipėda, and Riga. Vilnius follows a 4-days-onsite, 1-day-remote hybrid model; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the position.

Salary: €2,600–€3,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Create static and short-form video ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Research competitor advertising, platform trends, and customer language.
• Build video ads with strong opening hooks that hold attention through to the click.
• Use motion design to make advertising concepts clearer and more effective.
• Pitch original creative concepts and deliver a high volume of work quickly without reducing quality.
• Use AI tools when they meaningfully accelerate creative production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Figma or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and respond well to feedback.
• Clear communication in English and Lithuanian is required.
