Graphic/Motion Designer: Creating static graphics, ad creatives, and short-form videos for platforms like Meta and TikTok with an accent on motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Salary: 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Design static graphics and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Edit short-form videos, including hooks and cutdowns.
• Add motion graphics and animations to boost engagement.
• Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign directions.
• Explore how AI can optimize creative processes and enhance production.
• Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing.
• Be skilled in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools).
• Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform.
• Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail.
• Be curious and interested in learning about AI applications in creative work.
• Communicate clearly in English & Lithuanian and thrive in a feedback-rich environment.
