Loan Sales Specialist

Location: Pittsburgh-North Hills, PA, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Serve customers throughout the loan process by identifying needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities and regulatory compliance.
• Explain loan terms, customer options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Support individual and branch goals while delivering timely, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh-North Hills, Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday work.
• Strong multitasking, communication, customer service, and goal-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
