Loan Sales Specialist

Location: Onsite in Copperas Cove, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Process loans and perform collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Meet individual and branch goals while providing empathetic, efficient customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
