Hospital Service Technician I

Location: Regions Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota, United States

Pay: $15.22–$23.15 per hour

Medical equipment management services supporting hospitals, healthcare facilities, and local service centers to help ensure equipment is available for patient care.

What you will do

• Deliver medical equipment to patient rooms and standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Install or provide appropriate software, accessories, and disposables with the equipment.
• Explain equipment features and functionality to clinical staff.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer and company performance metrics.
• Pick up, clean, process, and prepare equipment according to hospital and company protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours in support of a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand.
