Clinical Technology Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Seattle, WA, USA; field work at healthcare facilities with occasional overnight travel

Salary: $47,840–$52,000 depending on experience, plus time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week

What you will do

• Set up and operate surgical technologies before and during procedures.
• Provide technical equipment guidance to surgeons and healthcare staff.
• Complete preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibration, and documentation.
• Load and transport equipment to healthcare facilities; drive daily and travel overnight occasionally.
• Follow vehicle, workplace, and laser safety procedures.
• Support customer needs and build professional relationships with healthcare partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evening cases, occasional weekends, and overnight travel.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds, and to remain physically active for extended periods.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Must meet assigned medical facilities’ credentialing requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, background checks, and drug screens where applicable.

Nice to have

• Medical, EMT, surgical technologist, or military experience.
• Experience working long days, unpredictable schedules, and early mornings.
