Program Manager III, Adversary Strategy (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead program management for the Office of Adversary Strategy, facilitating strategic and operational processes.
• Schedule, scope, and drive execution of complex cross-functional projects against the roadmap.
• Plan deliverables, define measurable outcomes and success metrics, and track schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate dependencies across functional teams, identify critical issues, and drive them through resolution.
• Manage senior-level project communications, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Implement project management best practices, change management, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency in Jira, including queries, ticket creation, board creation, and facilitation.
• Experience with systems development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience owning programs or product portfolios, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and supporting technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, independent decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience, especially knowledge of nation-state and criminal threat actors, attack methods, and responses.
• Experience with Kanban or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
• Experience in business transformation and implementing new processes.
• Exposure to data science, machine learning, or generative AI tools.
