Operations Supervisor – Military Leadership Path (Fulfillment Operations)

Location: On-site in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, supporting hirify.global's Nevada fulfillment operations at either the NV1 or NV3 facility. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime is required.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Set expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, inventory accuracy, equipment, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate daily priorities, and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change.
• Monitor operational KPIs, interpret data, identify root causes, and improve performance.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems and eliminate waste.
• Train associates, identify future frontline leaders, and strengthen operational execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience, or 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience as an NCO, Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer.
• Military experience in logistics, transportation, supply, maintenance, aviation support, engineering, or operations.
• Degree or coursework in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.
