Sr. Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: New York, New York, based at the New York City headquarters

Salary: $106,300–$125,750 USD annually, plus annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for freight, logistics, and Member Support.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Member Support, and Accounting teams to track performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date variance analyses.
• Analyze freight and logistics accruals, COGS, cost trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Own the Connected Fitness margin bridge analysis and narrative, presenting monthly results to the CFO and VP of FP&A.
• Develop reports and perform ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions.
• Improve financial processes, data integrity, and compliance with changing business requirements and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong prioritization, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics preferred.

• Experience with NetSuite and Oracle Hyperion Essbase.
