Location: Big Spring, Texas, United States. Office-based role with regular in-person attendance, occasional local travel to banks and offsite locations, and possible extended hours or weekend work.
Salary: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do
- Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and closing business.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
- Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and establish payment arrangements.
- Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions.
- Assist customers in person with applications, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
- Process payments, maintain records, handle and balance cash, and complete required bank runs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
- Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
- Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
- Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and data-entry skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar customer-facing roles.
