Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

hirify.global provides personal loans, credit cards, and other credit products to nonprime customers through community branches and digital channels across the United States.

What you will do

• Serve customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide empathetic customer service.
• Ability to work on site in Sapulpa, Oklahoma during standard business hours, with occasional extended or Saturday hours.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
