Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Cordova, TN; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

What you will do

• Assess customer needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, optional insurance products, and available options.
• Support customers and collaborate with other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Work toward individual and branch goals while delivering empathetic, efficient service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Cordova, Tennessee.
• Ability to work standard weekday business hours, with occasional extended hours or Saturdays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
