Servicing Representative (Fintech)

Location: Remote; US-oriented role based on nationwide operations and US-style benefits

What you will do

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of assigned provider servicing cases.
• Assess complex cases and negotiate mutually beneficial settlement outcomes with law firms.
• Maximize customer and partner outcomes while meeting financial and customer experience targets.
• Deliver targeted performance metrics and service-level agreements.
• Provide backup coverage for team members who are away from their desks or out of the office.
• Apply negotiation, collections, and customer experience strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in an office or contact center environment.
• Experience in healthcare, legal, insurance, or financial services; personal injury experience with relevant medical knowledge and claims law is valuable.
• Ability to use technology and data-driven decision-making in negotiation and settlement processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with attorneys, medical providers, customers, and partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes, work accurately under tight deadlines, and meet performance goals.
