What you will do

• Design, engineer, and consult on facade projects from enquiry and concept development through final implementation.
• Develop safe, sustainable, aesthetic, and functional facade solutions using modern technologies and materials.
• Review manufacturing processes and factory testing, and select suitable facade materials.
• Communicate facade designs with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare specifications, reports, professional presentations, and technical submittals.
• Review subcontractor technical submittals and lead projects from concept through construction.

Requirements

• Senior-level facade consultancy experience.
• Working knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes.
• Project lead experience.
• Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
• UK driving licence required.

Nice to have

• MSc in Facade Engineering.
• Expertise in different facade materials.
