Program Director (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Savannah, Tennessee, USA

Salary: $56,700 annually plus quarterly and annual bonus potential

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations of an opiate treatment center, including patient admission, medication delivery, and patient processing.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
• Oversee service delivery, patient progress, complaints, infrastructure, and quality of care.
• Monitor program performance, revenue collection, expenditures, schedules, and overtime.
• Coordinate training programs and audits while serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies, regulatory requirements, and accrediting standards.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services.
• Experience with operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Valid counseling or nursing license, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Savannah, Tennessee, USA, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
