Clinic Area Lead (Healthcare)

Salary: $196,875–$240,625 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Embed hirify.global’s operating model, culture, playbooks, and member-first standards across a growing portfolio of Florida clinics.
• Lead clinic readiness and execution for new openings, including training, go-live ownership, performance rhythms, and local adaptation.
• Ensure consistent premium member experiences, hospitality standards, clinic presentation, and service improvements based on feedback and NPS insights.
• Partner with Lead Doctors and Medical Excellence to maintain clinical quality, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, documentation, and escalation protocols.
• Own regional operational KPIs, budgets, cost controls, workforce planning, and full P&L accountability.
• Recruit, coach, and lead Clinic Leads and Lead Physicians while coordinating with central functions across the organisation.

Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience as an Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, General Manager, or equivalent in a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment.
• Experience implementing established operating models, standards, and playbooks across multiple locations through leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Background leading clinic-level or site-level leaders and building consistent team capability and culture.
• Experience in regulated environments with responsibility for quality, compliance, and inspection readiness, ideally alongside medical or clinical leadership.
• Strong financial and operational expertise, including regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance in a scaling organisation.
• Must be based in or within local travel distance of Miami, as the role is onsite.
