Associate Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Canada, remote; Toronto office attendance approximately two days per month preferred for candidates in the GTA. Toronto office work is also available full time or in a hybrid arrangement.

Salary: CAD 90,950–123,050 per year

What you will do

• Evolve product strategy, vision, and objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Own and prioritize the product portfolio backlog to execute product initiatives.
• Use insights about customers, prospects, competitors, analysts, and commercial activity to validate hypotheses and define KPIs.
• Conduct customer interviews and competitive research.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to run experiments, analyze data, and drive product outcomes.
• Develop hypotheses and validate user needs to ensure the right products and features are built.

Requirements

• Experience working with EPM or FP&A software in professional services, consulting, product operations, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Vena is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, diligence, curiosity, and customer focus.
• Technical aptitude and interest in understanding how products are built.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methods, data patterns, agile software development, and SaaS environments.
