Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and development planning through launch and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead and support a team of 8–15 developers through guidance, knowledge sharing, and training.
• Prioritize the backlog, define feature requirements, and create and communicate the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams, clients, prospects, sales, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver capabilities aligned with market needs.
• Engage clients to understand use cases, support feature implementation, and measure release success through data-driven analysis.
• Provide subject matter expertise in alternative investments and contribute to process improvement and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• 4+ years of professional experience in investment management, operations, or accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of private markets, private equity, private credit, or alternative investments, with an understanding of financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with client engagement, data visualization and analytics, business requirements for financial technology products, and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with generative AI and agentic AI technologies.
