Senior Manager Energy & Industry

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; work from home, client locations, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Guide energy and utilities companies through the transition to the New Energy Reality.
• Lead consulting projects involving market and market-entry studies, operational improvement, investment decisions, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations with support from consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and manage project teams.
• Contribute to business development, sales support, and the growth of consulting offerings.
• Monitor energy-market trends and help adapt services to emerging data and AI opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of consulting experience in the utilities industry.
• Business network within relevant energy companies and a strong understanding of energy-market developments and value chains.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Experience managing teams, with a self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible approach.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills required.
