What you will do

• Lead sales and delivery engagements for existing and new clients.
• Develop commercial proposals with Senior Managers and Managers.
• Achieve sales and delivery targets.
• Lead business delivery and team management across client engagements.
• Provide industry guidance, strategies, and best-practice implementation.
• Build and lead consultant teams in client missions and commercial activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy company.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
• Experience selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
