Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; on-site with regular field work and travel to customer ranches

Salary: $109,000–$125,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and manage multi-site rollout plans for enterprise ranching customers operating across multiple locations.
• Manage relationships with owners, executives, ranch managers, and field crews throughout onboarding.
• Lead customer training and work directly with ranch teams to embed hirify.global into daily operations.
• Own change management, resolve deployment issues, and adapt plans as priorities and conditions change.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Identify patterns across accounts and improve the enterprise deployment playbook for scalable implementation.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing senior customer relationships in enterprise customer success, key account management, customer experience, or a related area.
• Experience working with large, complex, multi-site, or multi-stakeholder customers.
• Experience leading complex rollouts or change programmes from beginning to end.
• Strong communication, commercial judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend substantial time on customer ranches.
• Care for customers and a high standard of execution.

Nice to have

• Agriculture or ranching experience, especially with large-scale or corporate operations.
• Experience in an enterprise-facing role at a startup or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
