Head of Events

Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $100,000 – $170,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own major company events end-to-end, from initial strategy and venue sourcing to final execution.
• Lead flagship customer gatherings, executive summits, and annual company retreats.
• Manage all event logistics, including programming, hospitality, travel, production, and staffing.
• Negotiate aggressively with venues, hotels, and partners to maximize budget efficiency.
• Drive internal and external project timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.
• Anticipate logistical challenges and resolve issues calmly under pressure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience owning complex, high-touch corporate or live events.
• Must be based in the USA as this is a remote role within the country.
• Proven ability to lead multi-day events and manage hundreds of moving parts independently.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing significant event budgets.
• Exceptional hospitality instincts and attention to detail.
• No visa sponsorship available; must have existing work authorization in the USA.
